Jar Jar leads everyone to find Boss Nass and his people. In a shot looking down from the trees we see the Royal party walking from right to left; the camera then passes behind some foliage and emerges on the other side to see the 'sacred place'.

Although at first glance this appears to be some kind of track, in fact it is nothing more than the rim of a hollow - the same hollow seen earlier. This fact is partly disguised by the Gungans lined up along the edge.

This photograph is taken from ground level and so does not match exactly the high angle from the film. To the left of this position there is certainly no swamp, no statuary, no sacred place - just the rest of the clearing as seen earlier in the film.
