The story shifts away from Naboo until later in the film when the queen returns to take a stand against the Federation. Captain Panaka and the Jedi wait for Jar Jar, who has gone to find his people. Jar Jar emerges from the water and tells them that Otoh Gunga is deserted.

Jar Jar climbs onto the shore and walks toward Captain Panaka who waits with the Jedi.

This small patch of knee-high ferns is the location. In the film there is water to the left of this shot; in real life, nothing but more trees!
