I have posted photos from the next three days of my recent trip to Tunisia...

Click on this link - mediagallery/album.php?aid=277&page=1

to check out albums of:

"ANH" and "AOTC" locations at the Hotel Sidi Driss, Matmata (Lars Homestead "interior")
"ANH" filming locations at Sidi Bouhlel ("Star Wars Canyon")
"TPM" locations at Ong Jemal near the Nefta dunes ("Ksar Hededa repro. set and more)
"TPM" and "AOTC" film set ("Mos Espa")
"ANH" filming location near Nefta ("Dune Sea")

and
"ANH," "AOTC" and "ROTS" igloo set near Nefta dunes ("Lars Homestead" exterior)

Eventually, I will post some other random photos of this beautiful country as well as a write-up of the entire trip. I just need my carpal tunnel to heal first!! .

Stay tuned,
Krelman

Very nice. It looks as though the Jawa sandcrawler ran over the Lars Homestead. A far cry from what it was like when I was there a few weeks after ATOC wrapped shooting.

When you consider they restored Mos Espa, I think they will let the homestead disappear naturally.

It appears to be well on its way, though I think the hand of man has been helping the natural forces.

I kind of have to wonder if the large Mos Espa set will escape the large dune that is creeping ever closer to it.
