Ksar Ouled Soltane
The ethnic North African natives - Berbers - built ksar such as this as grain stores. Each individual store known as a ghorfa is roughly 2 x 1.5 x 10M in size. They are largely unused now, but a few good examples still remain. Dating back from the 15th century, Ksar Ouled Soltane is amongst the best.
