Muir Woods Redwood Park, North of San Francisco, CA - 3-14-02

Although no principal photography actually occured in these woods, it's pretty damned clear where the powers that be got their inspiration for the lush forest environment of Endor. As we walked through these woods, the first thing we all immediately felt was that we were completely immersed in Endor and in "Return of the Jedi". The second realization that we all had was that there was no way in hell that we would be able to do any justice whatsoever to the majesty, beauty and sheer size of what was around us with a few simple photographs posted on the Internet. At any rate, as you look through the images we captured, we hope you'll get a flavor for what we experienced out there. We also hope that these images just might plant a seed in your head regarding sights that you may want to see some day.
