ARCHEOLOGY
The "Archeology file" provides picture of various elements of sets left behind by George Lucas team. They are just bits of plastic to some, but treasures to others, yet they still are undeniably part of Star Wars myth.

Mos Eisley
Two little domes in fiber glass, once used as spared 'roofs' for 1976 background are now used to prevent dampness from getting to the wood, stored next to the Cantina.

The owner of the cantina informed me that he sold the door of the Cantina to an American fan for a "huge" amount of money (200 Tunisian Dinars say almost 150$). Besides, Philip Vanni possesses the dewback ring from the stairs next to the building near the seated Jawa, as well as a window from the cupolas buildings. Speaking of money, my guide told me that his father, who gave Lucas the permission to use his property as a natural set, has received nothing from the production in exchange except for the ownership of the set!
The Dunes
Here is a picture of Krayt Dragon bones 20 years after. These of one of the most famous movie scenes in film history ('a golden robot wandering in no mans land'). Some parts can be seen on the camel where they have been found and, below, at Philip Vanni's home in France. Highly coveted by collectors, who would pay a fortune to get one, they may be sold by auction at Christie's in London in December 1998.
